FACULTY OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING 1

Overview

The Faculty of Electronics Engineering I at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) is widely recognized as one of the leading institutions for Electronic Engineering education in Vietnam. It serves not only as a hub for knowledge acquisition but also as an environment that fosters comprehensive student development, preparing graduates to adapt to the rapid advancements in the technological world, particularly in the fields of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, and Robotics.

At the Faculty of Electronics Engineering I, students study and conduct research under the guidance of a highly experienced faculty. 100% of the teaching staff hold a master’s degree or higher, including numerous Associate Professors and Ph.Ds. Notably, the faculty also receives academic mentorship from leading professors and experts from universities in Japan, Australia, and Europe.

Furthermore, students are not only equipped with foundational knowledge in electronics and automation but are also trained to conduct research in modern laboratories, such as the Rang Dong Lab (IoT & Embedded Systems), the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Lab, and the Electronics and Intelligent Control (EIC) Lab.

These laboratories are equipped with advanced systems provided by world-leading partners in electronics, microchips, and automation, including ARM, Synopsys, Keysight, Intel, Xilinx, STMicroelectronics, Mentor, Altium, Siemens, Cadence, Dobot, and Hiwonder. The facilities feature development kits for embedded systems, digital systems, and IoT; high-precision measurement and control devices; specialized circuit and microchip design software; industrial robotic arms; Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs); and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
